Living Room

Here is the living room from one of our former houses.  When we moved in the walls were pure white, the chair rail was already installed.  We painted the bottom dark green in this room and did a paint ragging technique with 3 different shades of tan on the top of this room, and floor to ceiling on the walls on the rest of the first level.  When the time came this helped to sell our house the very day we listed it.  We received a letter from the buyers expressing their love of the painting.  (It also may have helped that we listed and sold pre-recession, but I like to think it was totally due to my decorating - hey, it could happen!)
